I used a Creation loan to purchase Solar Panel and Battery Storage, a sizeable expense which immediately brought my monthly energy bills down. This reduced monthly expense allowed me to over pay the monthly repayments. The Creation app was so easy to use to make additional payments, was very clear regarding timescales and provided confirmation correspondence. Extremely Disappointing Experience

Extremely Disappointing Experience This has been one of the worst financial service experiences I’ve had. I made an extra payment towards my loan expecting, as per their own terms and conditions, that my monthly repayments would be reduced, then one of my monthly payment has been missed to pay as direct debit cancelled due to my card lost i had to block all payment going out and which i paid over the phone after 1 month. which is showing on my bank account and they have not updated on their system so still they chasing for the last payment but from my bank account all has been paid i tried to explain to the customer service team and I found the call handler unhelpful, rude, unprofessional,negative behavior lack of assistance. The call handler was dismissive of my concerns and refused to provide any information.The call handler placed me on hold for an excessive amount of time without providing any updates. call handler did not understand my questions and kept asking for pay amount not allowing me to explain repeatedly asking for balance pay and i sent an email with all my bank statement payment breakdown still no response also send letter through the post to their head office PO Box 14458 Solihull West Midlands Creation Consumer Finance Limited, PO Box 14455, Birmingham, B25 9ER and send letter to London office no response still almost every day send letter for to last payment of £135.00 finally too much harassing me and i paid off but they have put defaulted on credit accounts. It’s mind-blowing that such a basic issue cannot be resolved, and their failure to honor what’s outlined in their own terms is unacceptable. I’ve raised this with the Financial Ombudsman. I strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this company. The loan was done with oak furniture land for a bathroom installation. To make matters worse. I expected better. I will not be doing any further business with oak furniture land—clearly, their choice of financial partners is as careless as it is unprofessional. Reviewed on: 29th May 2025

I use my creation personal loan when buying from curry’s and it is very accessible and easy to use! The app is great and customer service is good too if you come access any problems. You can also log in to your account if for whatever reason your app isn’t working! Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

I took out a loan but by mistake I put it in a savin...

I took out a loan but by mistake I put it in a savings account, I signed the agreement on January 8, 2025 and I still haven't received the money, I ordered a report from Creation saying that they don't know what happened to the money but I have to pay the first payment on February 8. I won't pay anything until I receive the loan. Reviewed on: 28th January 2025
