Really happy with their service thank you

Avoid at all costs. Bullies

Sadly there are no negative stars you could give. The worst company I have dealt with in my entire life. After signing the contract they have change the terms of the contract and bullied to pay more money. Avoid!!! Please do not make this mistake. Any reviews with 5 stars should be taken with the pinch of salt. You could never understand what cowboys they are until you deal with them. They lie to your face, send threatening letters, but do not answer to the letters that are sent as an evidence to show their lies and cons. Reviewed on: 6th September 2023

Harassment. Incompetence. Bullying. Miscommunication.

Took out a finance plan to fund a product which could not be delivered in time by Curry's. Cancelled the order same day and have receipts and email proof. For nearly 2 months I have received daily phone calls and texts from Creation with things like "FORGETTING SOMETHING?" written on them. To be clear I do not have a plan with them, I am just being harassed. They have called me since posting negative online reviews to shut me up but haven't fixed anything and I still receive daily harassment. Do not trust them with your money it is not worth it. I am so anxious and miserable because of this whole experience and sick of seeing their messages. Reviewed on: 9th August 2023

Currys Yourplan

I shop at Currys frequently for Domestic Appliances, computers, phones etc and they offer buy now pay later via their Yourplan account where Creation Finance are the Lender. They have easy application and great mobile app. Reviewed on: 31st May 2023

JOKE OF A COMPANY AVOID!!!!

Creation finance are an Absolute joke of a company have no customer service what so ever and shut down my account with currys for no reason what so ever!! I will be using AO from now on and john Lewis they value their customers so much more!! AVOID EVERYONE!! Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

The best loan provider

I have used Creation a couple of times, short decision making time, quick credit check while you wait. No hidden charges or interest rate, they update your records accordingly. Considerably fair interest rate. They are just the best. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Easy to apply but slightly expensive
