I took out a loan but by mistake I put it in a savin...

I took out a loan but by mistake I put it in a savings account, I signed the agreement on January 8, 2025 and I still haven't received the money, I ordered a report from Creation saying that they don't know what happened to the money but I have to pay the first payment on February 8. I won't pay anything until I receive the loan. Reviewed on: 28th January 2025

Excellent credit facilities and reminders to pay. Website very user-friendly and numerous methods of payment with timeframes. Beneficial options to repay loan and at payee's choice. Good customer service also if needed.! Reviewed on: 23rd May 2024

Misled and let down very badly

My credit score is at status "fair" even though my repayment history on all of my loans is perfect and has been for many years. This was known to Creation when I was misled into applying for a small personal loan, which they have since refused. Now I have another full credit search against my name, making my credit score even lower. Companies that do this should be seriously penalised by law. Now my day (and weekend) are completely ruined. Do not apply to this company if your credit score is anything less than excellent! Reviewed on: 22nd March 2024

Terrible company do not use.

Avoid at all costs. Bullies

Sadly there are no negative stars you could give. The worst company I have dealt with in my entire life. After signing the contract they have change the terms of the contract and bullied to pay more money. Avoid!!! Please do not make this mistake. Any reviews with 5 stars should be taken with the pinch of salt. You could never understand what cowboys they are until you deal with them. They lie to your face, send threatening letters, but do not answer to the letters that are sent as an evidence to show their lies and cons. Reviewed on: 6th September 2023

Harassment. Incompetence. Bullying. Miscommunication.

Took out a finance plan to fund a product which could not be delivered in time by Curry's. Cancelled the order same day and have receipts and email proof. For nearly 2 months I have received daily phone calls and texts from Creation with things like "FORGETTING SOMETHING?" written on them. To be clear I do not have a plan with them, I am just being harassed. They have called me since posting negative online reviews to shut me up but haven't fixed anything and I still receive daily harassment. Do not trust them with your money it is not worth it. I am so anxious and miserable because of this whole experience and sick of seeing their messages. Reviewed on: 9th August 2023
