Ecu go above and beyond. Their customer service is excellent, and they always make you feel like a real person rather than just a number when speaking to them. They’re incredibly efficient, especially considering how many members they have, and the repayments simply come out of my weekly money, which makes everything so easy and manageable. Credit union has helped me afford a family holiday for me and my family (4 kids) we enjoyed our first family holiday since me and their mum split. It was amazing 10 days in turkey.
