The service is amazing . The staff are excellent and each time I have asked for help I have received excellent customer service/ information and they are swift in replying to any query

I have been with the company for a number of years and I am very happy with the service I have received. Previously I experienced a period of difficulties and after contacting them I was surprised how quickly I was able to secure a loan. Currently with covid19 I was able to use some of the money I had in my account to help me during this hard time. I have also recommended my colleagues/friends and family. My daughter who has an account is now going off to university this September 2020 and will be able to use the funds she has and is delighted to continue to make regular payments to her account. Great help to start saving

As a teenager who just got a new job which pays a lot more than my previous, i was keen to start saving properly to look after my money. Easy Saving

Money is taken from my wages month and this has been happening for so long that I no longer miss it. Then when a big expense starts looming there is an amount that covers it all or at least part of it. Painless (almost). Reviewed on: 25th June 2020
