Helpful friendly no-nonsense

I had a loan a few years ago, which I have just finished paying off, and it was easy and hassle-free from start to finish. The website is easy to navigate to check on the status of the balance of the loan, and every time I contacted by telephone they were very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Fantastic Service

I have both savings and loan accounts with PCU via the Exeter branch. I have never experienced any problems, and they have always been extremely helpful and understanding of my circumstances. I would highly recommend using PCU to anyone within the force looking for either a savings vehicle or for financial assistance. I have nothing but utter praise for the Exeter team. Great for saving & loans

Have had a number of loans over the last 16 years which were easy to set up with repayments direct from salary. Now semi-retired so just have savings accounts with comparable interest rates to building societies. Feel more of a person than a number when speaking to staff on phone. Reviewed on: 18th June 2020
