Your credit loan officer told her she was not able to get a loan from you cause she might have my son use it. This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of. There to help where others dismiss.

I am a saver of over a decade and I am on disability. I required a small loan for medical reasons. I had help completing the paperwork and despite carrying a DRO the Sheffield Credit Union looked at my individual circumstances and it was approved. I am very grateful for their services and always encourage friends to save with them. My family have been with them since my Grandparents time. Reviewed on: 19th June 2026

Loans and savers account

This has helped me save money and have money. I have a savers account with them and each time I pay my loan I can apply for another one as well as having a savers account for my children. It helps me a lot and they are very understanding and helpful. Reviewed on: 19th June 2026

G A M - TOP UP LOAN APPLICATION

I am very impressed by the quick, clear responses I have received from the Sheffield Credit Union when I have needed to contact them about the progress of my top up loan - I appreciate the speed at which they have made a decision about my loan application providing me with the funds that I have requested as quickly as possible. I would recommend the Sheffield Credit Union for anyone who needs a loan with a fair fixed interest rate and if a person can pay back the loan before the due date - there is no penalty for early repayment unlike many other loans that people get from banks. I also appreciate the fact that at the end of the repayment period - I will get back the savings I have accrued during the time of the repayment. Reviewed on: 18th June 2026
