Seems like a good company

Easy as 1,2,3!

Clear, easy, precise and efficient service

Very quick and easy to set up my 5 year fixed rate bond. Nothing too much trouble and the real bonus is being able to pick up the phone and have it answered in a few rings by a cheerful and efficient member of staff. Hardly ever heard of these days without being put on hold. Well done team at Shepherds Friendly especially Alicia and Patricia who always gave quick effective excellent service with a smile. Would recommend..

I starting investing from April 2019, monthly into Stocks & Shares ISA. Very simple to register, very simple to withdraw if required(which I did ahead of Christmas).
