Clear, easy, precise and efficient service

Very quick and easy to set up my 5 year fixed rate bond. Nothing too much trouble and the real bonus is being able to pick up the phone and have it answered in a few rings by a cheerful and efficient member of staff. Hardly ever heard of these days without being put on hold. Well done team at Shepherds Friendly especially Alicia and Patricia who always gave quick effective excellent service with a smile.
