Amazing friendly experience

The first initial step though I was nervous the person on the other end of the phone couldn’t me more helpful the first call is quite a long one but was friendly throughout and the outcome was amazing for me so I would have happily spent double the time for all the help I received. Fantastic service from everyone who was involved in my case. Very helpful throughout as I had no idea what to do. Gave me options and we discussed which one was right for me. The people I spoke to were, friendly, non-judgemental, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
