The experience itself was very seamless, but staff should be mindful of their approach when discussing an individual’s income and expenditure. From personal experience, the tone and questions posed by the staff member were uncalled for especially when certain outgoings are already within the defined ‘reasonable’ criteria. Through step change and then money wellness I have been helped through a rough experience, I never once felt I was being judged and am truly thankful for the way I was treated and the outcome made possible through their hard work ,my only regret is that I didn't make contact earlier.
