i have been to four complays with my iva and debt mo...

i have been to four complays with my iva and debt movement are not a good complay i have now done with my iva and all i would is a paper i sent them to sing to say i can have a car as i have been with out one for a couple off years and would like to get out about i get told the all the by the people on the phones that they can only sent emails over and that they dont have a phone number to ring then which i find ids not right and i aways get told that they are busy and thats why they have the callers they are quick to get on your back if you have not paid they are on the phone why is it pepole have to not do as they ask and ring the people and help tghem instead off not phoneing would you do that to your family or friends no its cus we dont know you and i feel you can do what you like to other people feelings Reviewed on: 8th April 2024

A hard journey but worth it in the end

It has been a hard journey for me over the past 5 years no one likes been in Debt it wasn’t until my final year when debt movement took over from the previous company that my experience improved with the help of Richard Lewis who is knowledgeable, polite understanding and professional. If all advisors were like Richard my journey with a IVA would have been a lot less stressful at times. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2024

Amazing

I cannot thank these guys enough, they helped with sorting out all my debt into one monthly payment and now 5 years on, i have completed my IVA and i am now debt free. Absolute brilliant company Reviewed on: 24th November 2023
