This was a good service & the process took just a matter of weeks from start to finish. I only have one issue & that... This was a good service & the process took just a matter of weeks from start to finish. I only have one issue & that is with the system that is used. It’s very glitchy, I was asked repeatedly for documents even though they had been uploaded. I received confusing messages to book appointments that were already booked & the part at the beginning where you’re filling out your financial position needs updating & the system needs change so people can input a true reflection of their circumstances. I uploaded my own expenditure list separately so that I could give MW a true representation of my position as I wasn’t able do that on the systems provided. Other than the problems with the system, the process was quick & I’m very happy that I can finally breathe & start to rebuild my life. I feel like a 25 yr weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. There is no way to contact any department after the application has gone through, no log in information to downlaod paperwork. Not trustworthy at all.
