Boiler annual cover cant even get it serviced.

Sse boiler cover includes an annual service within the year contract. It’s now been a year and can’t get them to do the free/included boiler service all year!! Now it’s switching to OVO at twice the price (for providing nothing!!) Reviewed on: 31st January 2023

SSE Boiler Cover

I would not recommend anyone taking out SSE boiler breakdown cover due to my recent experience. I had 9 days of ringing up SSE to try and resolve my boiler issue with having no hot water. SSE are now soley reliant on sub-contractors to fix their customers boiler problems and their customer service is very poor when it comes to getting a reliable engineer out to you. Communication is terrible and management refuse to speak with you although they are all to quick to take you're money for the call out charge. You're a disgrace SSE and you certainly need to get your act together! Reviewed on: 2nd January 2023

Worst company ever

Reported boiler breakdown on Sunday it’s now Wednesday night and still no repair , phone up and get fobbed off , would not recommend Reviewed on: 14th December 2022

Dont do SSE boiler cover

Rubbish, waste of money. We had trouble with boiler, engineer didnt fix it just charged us for call out fee. Shorty after visit SSE cancelled our insurance. Bonkers Reviewed on: 15th October 2022
