Specialist cover with great service.

A specialist insurance for my precious new bike from people who clearly understand the cycling experience. So clear and straightforward to complete and at a great price too. The conditions are honest and transparent, explaining clearly what my obligations are in looking after my bike. I feel valued as a customer and confident in the cover. Excellent Customer Service

I was contacted as my free 8 weeks were coming to an end so the sales representative talked me through extending. He was extremely polite and helpful, he talked through my options without being pushy. I said I would think about it and get back in contact so he put everything into an email for me to review.
