Mortgage Broker Saved Me Money & Provided Great Service

Originally, I was hesitant about using a mortgage broker. However, Georgie and Abbey from Tambo completely changed my mind. They not only found me a significantly cheaper deal than the one I was initially considering at the bank, but their rate check also saved me an additional 0.05% (5 basis points). Their guidance on product fees was invaluable, and their customer service was absolutely outstanding. Just the level of support they provided compared to the bank made it entirely worthwhile. An amazingly easy and wonderful experience

Paul Herbert and Jessica Eley handled my case and they were both so lovely and went out of their way to find me a mortgage to meet my difficult needs. They were so friendly and easy to chat with, I really felt they were genuine and cared. Very honest and checked in with me even when their bit was done. Highly recommend Tembo which made this the easiest part of the moving process and Paul and Jess in particular for making me feel they had my back and my best interest. Thank you! 10/10 experience!

I came across Tembo only through an online search and I struck gold! My initial contact was Luke Bustin , the broker, who was totally efficient, reliable, knowledgeable and competent; Luke ensured that I provided him with absolutely all I needed to to submit a successful mortgage application to an appropriate lender. Phone calls and emails were answered promptly and there was a calm and unobtrusive authority over the process that rightly inspired my complete trust in his professional ethic. Luke then oversaw the process with colleague, Elly Bradshaw who again, impressed me with her efficient, competent and friendly approach. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. I've since recommended Tembo (and these contacts) by word of mouth and am more than happy to do so formally on this forum. Friendly, professional and easy to reach

Tembo helped my husband and I realise our dream of home ownership. They helped us navigate the extra paperwork needed as a result of our both being self employed, and gave us a realistic idea of what we could afford. When it came time to apply for a mortgage, they picked right up where they left us, talking us through every step in the process, and even sorting out insurance for us.
