I’ve worked with Matt Darby as my Mortgage Adviser over a number of years. This review is based on many applications we have worked on together. Matt is on the ball; his professionalism and attention to detail are unparalleled. Matt’s proactive approach and swift responses ensure that every transaction is smooth and efficient, leading to consistently excellent outcomes. Matt is always available, which is to his huge credit. His expertise and dedication have been instrumental in navigating the complex mortgage landscape with ease. Mortgage Broker Saved Me Money & Provided Great Service

Originally, I was hesitant about using a mortgage broker. However, Georgie and Abbey from Tambo completely changed my mind. They not only found me a significantly cheaper deal than the one I was initially considering at the bank, but their rate check also saved me an additional 0.05% (5 basis points). Their guidance on product fees was invaluable, and their customer service was absolutely outstanding. Just the level of support they provided compared to the bank made it entirely worthwhile. 1st class service from start to end

I cannot overate the superb service received from the employees at Tembo that I dealt with. They are knowledgeable about the products on offer and exceedingly efficient in processing applications. They are polite and friendly in their approach and keep you well informed at all times and are always on hand to deal with any questions one may have, with prompt replies.
