First time buyer, great customer service

We used Tembo last year to buy our first home, it was a completely unknown world to us and we had so many questions, thankfully Ruth and Jess at Tembo were always at hand to support us. They made the process much less daunting, they were very knowledgeable and supported us every step of the way. Tembo are competively priced but don't scrimp on customer service. Amazing service from Jess and Matt at Tembo

Tembo were super friendly, even from my first call. Once we progressed further with our mortgage advisor Matt, he was super informative of all our options and got us exactly what we wanted. Matt and Jess at Tembo were fantastic.

Matt and Jess at Tembo helped me secure a remortgage on my property. They were so helpful especially when there was a last minute problem with the solicitors querying the paperwork. Fantastic Service

What can I say about Kerry in her help with organising the mortgage. She went above and beyond. Like a bloodhound searching for the best deals and always on hand to answer any query no matter what was asked. Being self employed I was doubtful of getting a mortgage but Kerry found me one with repayments that were well within my budget. I had been told by another independent broker that I was a lost cause. Kerry proved this wrong. To anyone struggling to get a mortgage, on self employed income, I would say speak to Tembo. It will be the best call you ever make in buying your home.
