Great experience from a first-time buyer!

Beth and Callum made the mortgage process very straight-forward and stressless as a first-time buyer. I had a long and very informative telephone conversation on a Saturday afternoon with Beth to begin with where she talked me through the various lenders and plans available, once I had chosen one, before I knew it Callum was letting me know that my application was a success and handled any queries the bank had on my behalf, kept me informed every step of the way and answered any queries I had. Truly a fantastic company.

I had no idea how to go about sorting a mortgage. Tembo really took the stress out of it. I had Olivia helping me throughout the whole process and she found me a fantastic deal with nationwide. Great buy-to let re-mortgage experience

I am approaching retirement age and we were looking to re-mortgage a buy-to-let property to release some equity for another venture. Georgie did a great job of finding a suitable short-term interest only mortgage for us and Abbey guided us through the process until receipt of our offer.
