Friendly, knowledgeable & easy to talk to

The agent I spoke to on the phone was really pleasant and was able to explain, clearly, every aspect of the caravan insruance I needed. I would, without a doubt, recommend them to any caravan owner. Great customer experience from application to claim settlement

I found the online application process very efficient, asking all the right questions. The quoted price was fair and the documentation, well, typical insurance speak, but with a simple clear summary. Sadly this year, almost 3 years since buying our van, we had an unfortunate incident, not my fault I believe, but the caravan was uneconomical to repair. I must be honest and say that there were some delays in dealing with the claim that I needed to chase up. But the claims staff were polite, helpful and professional. The most important point for me though was that I received a very fair settlement. And that's what insurance is all about in the end. So much so that when we bought a replacement caravan, we returned to The Insurance Emporium to insure this van. And we're able to buy new for old cover. Well done Emporium and thank you. Renewing caravan insurance with a new company

We have been insured with the caravan and motor home club for years and had been happy with their product, but we decided not to renew our membership as we hardly ever use our caravan these days. Unfortunately they can't give us their insurace any longer as we aren't members of the club now. We used an insurance compare site to get quotes and found many sites very complicated.
