Felt reassured and valued.

I found it difficult trying to get approval from many Life Insurance companies because of my medical history. Dianne was fantastic from start to finish, she explained everything fully. She answered all my queries and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you! Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Fantastic service

Our brilliant advisor, Sam Horace, found us the perfect cover for a great price when we had struggled to find a company that would ensure me as a diabetic. Excellent customer service

I contacted the insurance surgery around 2 years ago or maybe more regarding life insurance. I had a few health issues which dian was aware of. In this time dian worked with me through trying to get me the best insurance cover that was available at the time. I was waiting for reports back from doctors and also my own surgery… believe it or not this took well over a year and all through this dian was there with me with excellent customer service. I can’t thank dian enough for her help and support in getting me life insurance that suits my needs. Dian was never pushy nor was dian forcing plans onto me. Excellent service

The insurance surgery advisers were consistently a joy to deal. They were extremely helpful in understanding my severe disability, explaining everything I needed to know clearly and answering my questions in detail. I’ve a life long health condition and was finding it impossible to get life insurance in place. The broker from the Insurance Surgery was amazing.
