I rang and spoke to Megan who asked some basic questions and found me a quote for life insurance inc. Critical illness cover (including my pre existing condition) for 50% less than every other company i had looked it. The process was all very straight forward and Megan was very welcoming and frienly on the phone. It was a thorough process due to all the questions they have to ask but the whole process from calling for a quote up until being completely coveted took less than an hour.
