Total waste of time, non existant customer service

I wanted to transfer an ISA from another provider to Trading 212 but was not able to as the bank that I had the ISA with was not on Trading 212's list! Their customer service is non existant as you cannot talk to anyone other than by the chat function and even then it takes ages for a response. As they were not able to do what I wanted, I asked them to delete all my info (NI no, dob, address, copy D/L etc etc) from their records and was very displeased when I was told they could not do so for 7 years due to regulations!!! We are constantly working to expand the list of supported providers, but this process can sometimes take time. Regarding our customer service, our chatbot is programmed to provide the most relevant information as quickly as possible. Even though we are constantly trying to make it better, we understand that live agent support might be needed in certain situations, and we are sorry to hear your interaction with our team didn't meet your expectations If you would like to close your account, we can assist with that or you can do it yourself via the Menu. However, as a regulated broker, we are required by law to keep certain information for a period of 7 years. This is done to comply with the regulations that we follow. Trading 212 is probably one of the best brokers to go with for a stocks and shares isa, they offer zero fees to buy and sells shares and also offer a very competitive 5.2 percent interest rate in uninvested cash, more than most banks. They're also coming out with a cashback card which will be interesting to see, I have signed up on the waiting list for it. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

Really good product

In terms of setting up an ISA to do my own share dealing it has been incredibly straightforward. Market information is very good and easy to understand and the range of investment options is broad enough for my scope. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024

Stocks and shares isa

I use it for the isa and the fact that it is free(no platform fee). Allows a wide range of stock options and fund choices makes it perfect for what I want. Trading 212 is the UK’s best

I have only had good experiences with Trading 212 - low fees, excellent interface and great price alerts and order types can be placed. I have never experienced any issues with depositing, selling and withdrawing. Reviewed on: 11th March 2024
