No Support From Day One !

As advertised on MSE and Smart Money People I tried to open a Cash ISA with Trading 212 but ran into problems with my Transfer... As advertised on MSE and Smart Money People I tried to open a Cash ISA with Trading 212 but ran into problems with my Transfer of funds. The support offered by Trading 212 was woefully inadequate. They stated that because I had downloaded the App earlier that I had made myself ineligible for the 5.07% bonus rate even though no identity checks or money was credited in. The chap simply disappeared from the Live Chat hence my Poor Service Rating. Read more Read less

    Easy to use and understand. Customer support has been helpful. Cash ISA has reduced interest rates and now less than Stocks and Shares ISA, could at least be the same.
