Ridiculous KYC and AML processes!

Ridiculous KYC and AML processes! Trading 212 subjected me to months of questions about my source of funds etc. I had to send them documents from years ago. Then they would request more and more. My funds were frozen with them. Not a single other firm in my life has subjected me to such absurd due diligence. No telephone customer service. Online support is a JOKE. Avoid these numpties. I've found their real time service has been outstanding, their interest rates on cash are market leading (both gia and isa products) and their speed of transfer is fantastic! I've had no need to contact customer service at all, very happy with these guys!! Reviewed on: 1st June 2024

cash isa, their app couldn't accept deposits

Tried to open a cash isa, their app couldn't accept my user name, a competitor does, their chat support couldn't fix the issue, so I found it impossible to deposit, their chat support were then disinterested. Wasted a lot of time and they took a lot of personal details. Utter waste of time. Reviewed on: 28th May 2024

Trading 212 - investing made simple

Trading 212 make investing simple and provide lots of options including stocks and shares ISA. You can get going with your favourite companies or if you’re unsure you can use their ready made pies or copy someone else’s. I would highly recommend. Also very low fees. Reviewed on: 24th May 2024
