I don't recommend TransferGo - be careful

TransferGo is a dishonnest website and there is hidden fees, I sent money to Canada on August 1st so TransferGo charged the receiver 30 CAD who was a student without warning me Gerda was unprofessionnal and refused to refund us I advise you not to use this app to send money I deleted their app et I will never use it again, it was a shame Reviewed on: 27th August 2022

Last week I was declined a transfer for no reason. Their agents really have no reason to explain me over the phone why. Just that is written somewhere that they can decline and that's all. Their response was "we did not to complete the transaction at our sole discretion without further explanation" This is not how things should work! And on top of that, since 3 days I have no refund in my account for the money I sent to TransferGo!!! This company is in fact a marketing one and this is the only strong point they might have. The ultimate scope might be to sell identities of the naive that use their services. Nothing is free in this world, so take care what you are doing when using TransferGo "Services". TransferGo send all illegal payment in world.

TransferGo send all illegal payment in world. They are not verify customer data and credit card information. So TransferGo is involved with hackers and illegal payment transfer. Without verify customers Credit card information transfergo send money to hacker account. transfergo.com support hacker for hack credit card and send money transfer money via transfergo.com. so avoid TransferGo.com Reviewed on: 21st January 2019
