You can manage your account via an app and there’s a Bristol-based contact team if you need support. Triodos don’t offer an overdraft facility or immediate faster payments. You’ll get text message alerts to help you manage your money and online statement.

I know there will be someone at the end of the phone if I need help. There is no need to have a bank nearby because Triodos provide Freepost and friendly, helpful telephone banking. Ethical and fair banking

You know your money is invested ethically and that it supports fair trade and green investment. Phone calls are answered within a few minutes usually, and you are told where you are in the queue. Triodos does not support fossil fuel industries. Reviewed on: 29th January 2024
