Very considerate of older customers who need time to adjust to new ways of banking

We have saved with Triodos for several years and are glad to be able to deposit our savings with a Bank that supports worthwhile endeavours and keeps us informed of where the money goes. With the switch of many products to online banking they have been very understanding of the time it takes to get used to and embrace online services and have made services available to help us with this. We switched our savings to Triodos as they are the most ethical bank in the UK. They are also very easy to deal with, both online and when calling them. Response is rapid and advice is excellent. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022
