My current account is with another supposedly ethical bank who makes me wait for an hour on the phone every time I want to do something that their website doesn’t allow. Reliable service from an ethical bank

Finding an ethical banking service is extremely difficult, however Triodos do exactly that, while also being a reliable, customer focused service. The website is clear and easy to use and customer service very helpful and quick to respond. Hopefully this year I’ll be moving my current account to the, and creating a new business account too.
