Superior Service

I need to call TSB and the advisor was friendly and I didnt feel as if it was all a chore or read from an auto-cue. She went what I thought was above and beyond her role, certainly made me feel like an individual who was important to the bank. Reviewed on: 18th January 2022

Stay away from tsb

Had an account and internet banking for one day. They could not tell why the account had closed down as no product passed a credit check to open the account given a sort code and account number then nothing. Bank manager clueless to help contact centre state you need to go to the branch. After a load of crap on the phone and the branch I can truthfully say not to trust or use this bank in anyway. They are worse than useless and I am still missing money transferred to them from ... Reviewed on: 22nd September 2018

Poor customer service

Terrible customer service!!!! Customer service will respond to your complaint in 8 weeks! Debit card cancelled due to fraud on account, after 2.5 weeks of waiting for new card, I phone to find out that the replacement card had not been ordered....get passed from dept to dept all who say it is not their responsibility and they cannot assist... after 2 hrs 40 minutes on the phone I get told it will be another 10 days before a new card will arrive.. but don't worry as you can go ... Useless website

20 months interest free

Good card, you just need to make sure that you pay it off in full every month once you've reached 20 months. Very helpful for you travel expenses if company pays for them but you have to wait a month to get them back like me Reviewed on: 12th February 2017
