It's OK

It has good customer service

I lost my card a few times and the service was great Reviewed on: 27th September 2016

Very good when things go wrong

The few times when purchases have either not been delivered or faulty and the company I was buying from was fobbing me of with excuses but no refund. They contacted the company and got my refund straight away. Reviewed on: 20th June 2016

Simple banking for unusual folk!

Banking with TSB is straight forward,basic design and over all simplicity,makes it weary friendly! Due to unpolished and poorly built user interface at some parts is ether boring or confusing to use and mountain of adds does not help at all! Pluss side is that it is weary reasonable with charges and fees there for lacks in bonus and reward systems! Reviewed on: 5th June 2016

Great Rewards

Love this credit card for earning Avios points but note that the American Express gives you more points so use it where you can! Reviewed on: 2nd March 2016

It is very amazing and friendly.

A review of the bank TSB, in my opinion is very good. Changing something is super easy, since all you have to do is just visit your local TSB bank office and go to reception and tell the people there what you want to do. They immediately change it in a few clicks of a mouse or schedules a visit for you at preferred time. It's very a friendly place to be and take part in! Staff are usually friendly, but you can always come across a mean person, right? Ha ha... My overall opinion is that TSB is a very good bank and I would definitely recommend it and my experience with it was also spectacular and my friends always suggest this bank! always kept up to date and well informed re any offers
