Ridiculous people and not worth it ! I lost a lot of money from this app!!!

I sent a few expensive items to this company/app and was told I would reduce my £70 and never received any payment what so ever!!! Even after paying for it to be delivered and everything! This was over 2 years ago as well may I add and Still nothing! WILL NEVER TRUST TWIG AGAIN ! Reviewed on: 16th February 2023

I have enjoyed using the Twig app for easy cash outs on personal items. I was very pleased to hear that Twig’s services now include a business banking feature.
