Highly recommended service

I’ve used Paysend several times to send money from Europe to my friends in Ukraine. The app has a clean, simple design and is really easy to use. Transfers are fast, and when sending directly to a card, the money usually arrives within minutes. Great service overall! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

They scammed me with 16$. - Don't trust them !!!

They scammed me with 16$. I have sent them , the receiver didn't receive them. And also huge taxes, but the main problem was the receiving person didn't got the money. I contacted the support and they told me they can't return my money - it's a total and pure scam . DO NOT TRUST THEM !! You have been warned Reviewed on: 2nd February 2025

I don't recommend Paysend

A few days ago, I created an account with this company to send money to my daughter, she urgently needed some money. The first test payment went quickly, and the next day I sent the required amount in full, but they cancelled my payment. I wrote to support, asking what was the matter? They answered that they did not want to see me as their client. I corresponded with their support for a long time, explaining my situation, but each time I received the same answer. They do not want to see me as their client. At the same time, I did not receive any explanation. This is very strange! As a result, I lost time and was not able to send money to my daughter on time. No support when money don't reach the receiver.

No support when money don't reach the receiver. Tried to get help for 2 weeks. I guess my $1200 is lost. Only generic answers on mails, no response to the actual question.. why do they (paysend) not returning my money? Reviewed on: 6th September 2024

Horrible service!

Horrible service! Many years I used it...but today! Paysend already has all my docs, ID and other, but when I made transfer today, it blocked my money and started asked to sent ID and help not answering long time! I sent money from my UAE account (work there) to my Ukrainian account, now I'm here in vacation. Many times I did it, but now they blocked and AFTER 3 DAYS THEY WILL RETURN MONEY to UAE account! Paysend money transfers suck big time!

I tried Paysend today. My money transfer was not available in El Salvador. Their customer service us horrible. It looks like they use they use AI for all customers complaints. I'm concerned that I may not even get my $20 back at all. I feel strongly that they are a scam.outfit from the UK. You have been warned! Stay away from them! Reviewed on: 10th January 2024

SCAM FRAUD

SCAM FRAUD ! SCAM FRAUD ! I’ve never had any problems before I used very recently to transfer money or saving THIS- I open the actual card and keep this card for my business and saving money , but week ago the are freeze card and keep asking me a stupid questions about why i am top up card for 150£ which is bloo”sy as” hole , why you interesting???? !!!!!, my ID where I’m working payslips and etc , which is non obligated for the bank to ASK !!!! Well I did provide all information about it , and card are still FREEZE !!!!! Customer service absolutely sh”T Hall !!!! No one say anything just - be patient and etc , so I’m already put application into Police and Complain centre , is it not 500£ is 3200£ which they wanted to still I assumed!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING NEVER USE THIS BANK ! I HOPE THIS IS C”NTS WILL BE IN A PRISON SOON!!! Reviewed on: 26th December 2023
