Title: Serious Concerns About Paysend: Missing Money...

Title: Serious Concerns About Paysend: Missing Money and No Clear Resolution I have been a Paysend customer for a long time, but my recent experience has seriously damaged my trust in this company. I made an international money transfer from Ireland to Brazil, but the money has not reached my bank account. The receiving bank in Brazil has confirmed that it has not received the funds. I have also provided Paysend with the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) to help trace the transaction. Despite numerous emails, complaints and requests for assistance, Paysend continues to provide generic responses without a clear explanation of where my money is or when this situation will be resolved. I have even escalated the matter to management, including Afia, but I am still waiting for meaningful answers. I am currently in Brazil for medical reasons, and this unresolved transfer has caused me considerable financial stress and anxiety. I have also contacted my bank in Ireland and the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO). My questions to Paysend are simple: Where is my money? Why has it not been delivered? When will I receive it or be refunded? I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for accountability, transparency and the return of my money. Based on my experience, I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when using Paysend for international transfers. I expect Paysend management to investigate this matter urgently and provide a concrete resolution. Reviewed on: 19th October 2026

Paysend loves to mislead the sender like me by sending small amount of deposit to my credit card and enter it into the verification box but it’s always showing wrong amount while I entered it correctly. Paysend is a piece of garbage and cannot be trusted. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2026

Transfers is taking a long time.

Transfers is taking a long time. Have many problems and issues lately. Apparently they can't contact the recipient's provider and that's it. Customers are just left wondering when can the money be received by the recipient. Not very helpful at all. Try and avoid using paysend from now on. Reviewed on: 28th December 2025

Highly recommended service

I’ve used Paysend several times to send money from Europe to my friends in Ukraine. The app has a clean, simple design and is really easy to use. Transfers are fast, and when sending directly to a card, the money usually arrives within minutes. Great service overall! Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

They scammed me with 16$. - Don't trust them !!!

They scammed me with 16$. I have sent them , the receiver didn't receive them. And also huge taxes, but the main problem was the receiving person didn't got the money. I don't recommend Paysend

A few days ago, I created an account with this company to send money to my daughter, she urgently needed some money. The first test payment went quickly, and the next day I sent the required amount in full, but they cancelled my payment. I wrote to support, asking what was the matter? They answered that they did not want to see me as their client. I corresponded with their support for a long time, explaining my situation, but each time I received the same answer. They do not want to see me as their client. At the same time, I did not receive any explanation. This is very strange! As a result, I lost time and was not able to send money to my daughter on time. No support when money don't reach the receiver.

No support when money don't reach the receiver. Tried to get help for 2 weeks. I guess my $1200 is lost. Only generic answers on mails, no response to the actual question.. why do they (paysend) not returning my money? Reviewed on: 6th September 2024
