Contacted the support and after a lost of hustle to get our hands on the documents, which the support team wanted to have to start an investigation, they told us that the money is at the bank of my friend and provided us with data about the transfer. We took this information to the bank and they said they can not track the money with the data paysend gave us. I asked the support what to with the data, but they just ignore me now. Also they just close tickets if you don't reply within a few days, which can be inconvenient if the recipient needs to go to the local branch of his bank but travels a lot. Read more Read less

They said it was an issue with my credit card (Citibank) company yet my bank said they didn't reject it and it was the processing at Paysend. Paysend support didn't understand. I used another credit card and it worked (chase). However I notice later that for a 20$ transfer my credit card company charged me a 10$ fee as they said it is treated as a cash advance. Paysend is NOT transparent about this when you sign up or make the transfer and also charged a 2$ fee. Outrageous! Clearly a bad customer service. I'll close my account and look for an alternative.
