    The whole process was completely painless. All done via the app. Any questions were dealt with by email and the responses were quick. It wasn't... The whole process was completely painless.     Money quickly received. Reasonable APR applied. Ability to settle the loan early without repercussions. Interest adjusts if you’re choosing to pay more than the set payments.

    Hard to contact and stressful

    Keep receiving emails saying I am behind in payments and need to settle this or it will be passed to debt collection agency when I... Keep receiving emails saying I am behind in payments and need to settle this or it will be passed to debt collection agency when I am up to date, I send them a chat message as they have no phone and it takes over 24-48 hours for them to respond which causes a lot of stress only to be told sorry there’s a glitch or gremlin in the system. I have 2 loans with them and was off work I’ll for a long period of time, I went on reduced payments for 3 months after having to jump through hoops to show this and within a month I’m getting emails saying I’m now able to take out another loan, just apply, very irresponsible Read more Read less
