Keep receiving emails saying I am behind in payments and need to settle this or it will be passed to debt collection agency when I am up to date, I send them a chat message as they have no phone and it takes over 24-48 hours for them to respond which causes a lot of stress only to be told sorry there’s a glitch or gremlin in the system.
