Review of the XPS Pension Group, Pension Consulting:

6 months & no pension, no sign of it ever starting.

Pension should have started mid – September 2024, it’s now 6 months and nothing at all except forms received in February 2025, 5 months AFTER the pension should have commenced. Forms are intrusive, full of obscure gibberish and XPS have refused since early February to answer basic questions before I sign anything to commit myself e.g. will the pension increase annually?. Should it be even necessary to have to ask something so essential as that as this should have been made clear LONG ago? They expect people to e-mail full bank details, identity documents e.g. passport, to a central & general e-mail address that they refuse to even respond to. 8 e-mails and a posted letter since 7 weeks ago and no reply. I am now sending the same e-mail everyday now; still no reply. For a year now, have had problems with getting information on pensions held by XPS and clarifying things. So, 6 months on, no income to pay bills with, XPS refuse to reply to e-mails and posted letters, and XPS find this acceptable. I suppose receiving forms 5 months AFTER it all should have been fully arranged is good going by XPS standards. So how do I live with NO INCOME after 6 months and no sign of XPS ever answering vital questions? Reviewed on: 31st March 2025
