Their security can be improved.

Their security can be improved. When logging into the app, it asks for a PIN number and when the user inputs the pin, the numbers are visible rather than being blanked out. I have also enabled the bio security feature but it doesn’t allow me to use it on the app. It would also be nice to achieve the higher interest rate with more than£25k. Great rates, service and app design

The application process is very clear and well explained. The app has a dashboard look which gives me everything at a glance and customer service was friendly and efficient. It's FSCS protected through GB Bank and there's an interest rate bonus from NuWealth for the first year. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025
