I bought and paid for my car only to get a call from the AA finance department to say that the incorrect amount was paid by the finance even though I have the original email confirmation with the exact same details as the new one, I originally thought it was a scam but no it's just a dysfunctional company with no idea what it's doing. I now have to go through the finance process again to sort it and yes that means another hard search on my credit rating and what happens if I get denied this time because of the searches? It really isn't worth the hassle so I would not recommend and I will not be using again! Reviewed on: 23rd March 2023

As a dealer, I can confirm these are totally unprofessional. They will lie to you, rude on the phone and don’t not give a crap about the dealer, car or retail customer! Reviewed on: 22nd June 2022

So disappointed

Very rude customer service and poor! My account has been blocked from 16/02/2022 up to now! Why? because I had a transaction to my brother in Iran supporting him and his family, I explained by email everything and contact metro bank 100 times but get in touch with the relevant team to solve my problem! Finally I spoke with a customer service team, I explained everything for her, she said she can’t help me with it, when asking why you can’t she she hung up my phone!
