I bought and paid for my car only to get a call from the AA finance department to say that the incorrect amount was paid by the finance even though I have the original email confirmation with the exact same details as the new one, I originally thought it was a scam but no it's just a dysfunctional company with no idea what it's doing. I now have to go through the finance process again to sort it and yes that means another hard search on my credit rating and what happens if I get denied this time because of the searches?
