Falsely claiming I have claimed

Admiral have claimed I made a claim in the past 3 years when I hadn't made any claim or report. Then using a computer generated a £500+ more premium for me. So ridiculous, no one to talk to with any power to fix it. Reviewed on: 6th January 2025

Helpful and considerate

Easy to Renew my insurance this year as I opted to join Admiral No regrets and I think one of the only insurance companies to credit customers £25 during lockdown Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020

Top company

I'm really impressed with Admiral as during lock down they provided us with a £25.00 reimbursement as the roads were so quiet. That gesture has left a long lasting memory for me as other companies including non insurance companies wanted to make money rather than give it back including my mobile phone service provider whom increased my monthly phone bill. Great for young drivers.

As you know, i have vehicle insurance with Admiral. My Daughter is taking driving lessons at 17yrs old. I have been closely on the lookout for low insurance for her when she passes her driving test. My first stop and only stop will be Admiral. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020
