When I was distressed over my puppy Milo having life saving surgery, Agria pet insurance dealt directly with the vets and reassured me that the bill would be taken care of ,after being such a new customer, and then 12 months later or so Milo had another operation which was also covered.Thank goodness Reviewed on: 9th August 2023

Agria Pet Insurance is great value for money. There are many levels to choose from depending on how much cover you require for you pet. It’s not a ‘one size fits all’ policy and therefore affordable for everyone. I have found them easy to contact, extremely helpful, polite and friendly, offering great advice. Would highly recommend Agri. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022

No quibble payout

Our puppy had an accident just weeks after we had selected Agria as our pet insurer. Trixie required our local vet intervention and further treatment from an Orthopedic Vet in Manchester. Both vet claims were dealt with in a timely manner, with zero fuss. Can not recommend more highly! Steve Nelson, Blackpool Reviewed on: 14th October 2022

As a newly purchased Labrador pup we were told that she had a free 4 week insurance cover offered in conjunction with her identity chip. Little did we realise how important that would prove to be until the mischievous girl gobbled down a pretty powerful tablet I was just about to take. Three days later after a spell in the animal hospital on a drip and a course of treatment we got our gorgeous puppy back wagging her tail & body as if nothing had happened to her. Our vet advised to try a claim off Agria’s free insurance. We we’re absolutely delighted that they paid the vast part of the very significant claim including the pre & post hospital veterinary bills. Agria’s service was very sympathetic and understanding and completed very quickly indeed. A rare example of truly a first class service. Needles to say we are now fully paid members of Agria’s pet insurance scheme. Their regular bulletins on veterinary advice and offers of professional help over behavioural problems etc is something we very much appreciate. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022
