Not the cheapest - but that's not a bad thing!

This is not the cheapest insurance... but you don't feel like you have a cheap product, either! Lots of support, great information, customer service is superb... I have an Assistance Dog, and his health is essential to my well being- glad to have the support this product provides! Reviewed on: 20th August 2024

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Worst insurance company ever. They tell you to put in a claim from the vet. You do and then they deny without giving you a reason. When you call, they tell you it’s because your dog is old. I pay Agria senior for this exact reason and it costs more. customer service is useless and not helpful. They tell you there’s nothing they can do- just to wait out your insurance period (which is a year) and then you can cancel. May cannot come soon enough. They rob you, up charge you, and deny you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Reviewed on: 13th January 2024

Agria offer a great service which provides peace of mind when caring for Riley, my Jack Russell. I know if anything happens they are there to assist, and because it can all be done by the vet takes away a worry in what is so often a stressful time. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2023

When I was distressed over my puppy Milo having life saving surgery, Agria pet insurance dealt directly with the vets and reassured me that the bill would be taken care of ,after being such a new customer, and then 12 months later or so Milo had another operation which was also covered.Thank goodness Reviewed on: 9th August 2023

My dog, Milly, unfortunately had had a few episodes of serious illness when I have had to make a claim for ongoing treatment. Agria have processed every claim quickly and efficiently, keeping me informed at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for pet insurance. Reviewed on: 3rd November 2022
