Both myself and my wife have been diagnosed with Cancer and have received treatment, online forms are just black and white with the questions asked for example “cured or terminal” there are cases where individuals are neither, after calling Allclear customer service, the advise and empathy from the agent was second to none with the help and advice given we went ahead with the policy which met our needs. Due to my health conditions and disabilities I wouldn't use any other insurance company than All clear I have used yourselves for many years, and have been given the best policy for my needs & requirements.All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly & professional & if the can't answer a query you my have they put you through to another colleague who can.,i have recommended All clear to many of my friends and family, who have taken out policies to accommodate there needs. Cover is good but becoming very expensive and the rising cost is in danger of pricing my wife and I out of having cover there meaning no more European holidays.
