I am retired.

I am retired. I have received my pension lump sum to invest and keep us going. So interest rates are very important, along with customer service. So making the money earn its keep is chasing interest rates and moving money is top priority. Otherwise our quality of life will go downhill as prices rise quicker than ever. Great rates, customer service and website

It had one of the best savings rates on the market at the time of opening my fixed term bond. Whenever I have called with a query someone has answered quickly and dealt with it satisfactorily. The website is also very easy to use. Reviewed on: 8th February 2024

6 month fixed account

Opened a 6 month fixed account with them, very quick and easy and a good rate of interest. Its a bit annoying that at the end of the term i had to log on online rather than do everything through the app, but the process feels very secure through clear and easy teo factor authentication.
