Quick and easy process in order to secure the loan. haven't had to contact customer service yet so can't say much more. Interest rates are average from what I can see. About to contact to secure a repayment figure so will see how easy this is. Reviewed on: 8th March 2025

100% reliable and perfect

I applied for many loans and was really desperate. i was turned down everywhere but Bamboo did not turn me down. It helped me a-lot and also did not to lose my flat. The forms were straightforward and simple. The response was perfectly timed and the customer service was on point when I had a query about changing direct debit dates.
