I was after a remortgage to make an extension on my property and was declined by most lenders since I had purchased the freehold under my name which I thought was the right thing to do! Beverly offered me a built-in mortgage which was very helpful and they did released the funds in two lump sum with the bigger sum first so I can pay the contractor to start the project.
