Great site - easy to understand products with excellent returns

The website is really clear. I can get all the information I need on the available investments. All investments are debt linked to high-quality real estate, so I have a good idea what I'm investing in. The rates of return seem to me to be attractive, especially given the risks are very easy to understand and all the deals have a sizable chunk of equity protection. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Nice people to do business with

I have been investing now with Capital Rise for almost four years in numerous investments. I have already had significant returns at an average of 7.5% pa. and I reinvest my gains and continue to have a current return of 7.7% pa. I like the fact I am continually updated on my investments and any new opportunities by e-mail. The website is easy to navigate and see all my investments and documentation.
