Nice people to do business with

I have been investing now with Capital Rise for almost four years in numerous investments. I have already had significant returns at an average of 7.5% pa. and I reinvest my gains and continue to have a current return of 7.7% pa. I like the fact I am continually updated on my investments and any new opportunities by e-mail. The website is easy to navigate and see all my investments and documentation. Excellent Investment Opportunity for spare cash

A professional team thoroughly evaluate property developers projects in advance and then forward loans in tranches to developers as work progresses so they can fully monitor the safety of the investments. They build in the anticipated sales period for the development into the loan term period. As an investor I have found CapitalRise easy to deal with, keeping me informed on my investment with regular updates on projects I have invested in, which offer good 7 - 9% returns pa.
