Good Company, Quality Projects

CapitalRise is a good company with a nice, approachable and accountable team. They have very good projects, although they are infrequently available compared to their counterparts in the crowdfunding space. But the concept of 'quality over quantity' does apply here, and their customer service is great. I've had earlier than expected payouts, but I'd rather have that than defaults. So, overall no complaints and as an investor, I'm pretty happy with CapitalRise. Reviewed on: 25th November 2019

I first came across CapitalRise reading a review in The Evening Standard Property section. The product they offer is straight forward & easy to understand. There is also the added incentive of securing a legal charge on the property that is being developed. If like me you are a buy-to-let investor you will know the opportunities in this market are diminishing. CapitalRise offers an alternative exposure to the property Market. CapitalRise offers a great way to invest , offering substantial returns of between 8-12%. With detailed projects, exit plans etc... allowing us to be able to invest with low amounts of money for a much better return than savings accounts provide. Reviewed on: 25th November 2019

Too early to say yet ...

So far it seems ok , but it is far too early for a conclusive opinion. Some of the properties are not as high quality and value as was expected. Also then need to inform investors much earlier for investment opportunities whenever they arise. Reviewed on: 24th November 2019
