About Castle Trust Bank

Castle Trust was launched in October 2012 offering retail investments and specialist bridging and mortgage finance. It added point of sale finance provider Omni Capital Retail Finance to its portfolio in 2017, and its existing investments were converted to savings accounts when it became Castle Trust Bank, a fully authorised bank, in June 2020.

Amazing customer service and great products

I recently had to open a cash ISA for a relative for whom I have power of attorney. I've experienced the process with a few... I've experienced the process with a few different financial institutions now and it is generally time-consuming and far harder than it ought to be. Castle Trust were a breath of fresh air though. They made the process so very easy and the customer service team were top-notch - keeping me informed and helping when they needed to. The interest rate is great too so I would highly recommend Castle Trust to anyone and particularly if you are dealing with a PoA or similar. Read more Read less
